Since the founding, Tialoc has supported the significant investments made by multinational and large local chemical companies. By providing them with reliable solutions, Tialoc has ensured that wastes and by-products from the manufacturing processes are safely treated and removed before being discharged to the environment or reused.
To treat increasing amounts of liquid residues and waste gases with production expansion, a client commissioned Tialoc to build a double-line Liquid Waste Incineration System (LWI). The system has to be highly reliable to run continually 8600 h/a, and handle loads varying from 50-100%. With Tialoc’s LeDeNOxTM Low-Energy Ultra-Low NOx emission combustion system, NOx generated in the incinerator has been efficiently treated to meet emission standard. Effective cooling has been considered to prevent dioxin formation. Thermal energy from the system is recovered as much as possible.
Tialoc assisted a chemical plant to build a set of solid and hazardous waste incineration system to treat its DMF residues, leather powder, waste resin and sludge during production. The energy of the hot flue gas is recovered to produce steam. Tialoc’s Redu-ReOx incineration technology had been applied to this system, which achieved the low NOx emission for high NOx and high concentration waste in ‘rotary kiln + second combustion chamber’.
A petro-chemical giant planned to build a Neopentylglocol (NPG) plant in Nanjing, China. An ERU (Energy Recovery Unit) package was selected to treat the off gases from the plant and recovery energy by steam generation. Tialoc provided a horizontal thermal oxidizer, steam boiler with super heater and economizer, DeNOx SCR and other accessories. With many challenges from tight project schedule to narrow system space removed, the flue gas emission indicators had reached client’s high standards that were stricter than local emission restrictions.
Tialoc has always been very active in the pharmaceutical industry. We provide service for both API and downstream pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities with state-of-the-art environmental treatment systems. Our in-depth understanding of this sector coupled with our in-house ability to provide professional and reliable services, which has made us the preferred partner of numerous leading pharmaceutical companies.
The waste liquid and waste gas incineration plant built by Tialoc, which consists of a high temperature thermal oxidizer to handle high-calorific waste liquid and gas. The LeDeNOxTM Low-Energy Ultra-Low NOx emission combustion technology is applied into this system. Based on the waste characteristics, it integrates staged fuels, staged air, staged combustion and internal & external flue-gas-recirculation mechanism where performance is optimized via CFD simulation in order to minimize the formation of thermal NOx and fuel NOx.
Sustainability is becoming an inevitable trend for pulp and paper industry as it is reducing deforestation, water use, greenhouse gas emissions, fossil fuel consumption and cleaning up their impacts on local water supplies and air pollution. Tialoc supported our clients to meet the increasing emission standards from providing separated venturi scrubbers, waste water treatment, to comprehensive chemical storage and transportation systems. And we are constantly optimizing our technology to help clients achieve operational costs and low energy consumption.
One of the largest paper plants in China whose main production line was high quality paper board, applied the most advanced environmental technologies and systems provided by Tialoc. We upgraded the dehydrated waste paper residue incineration unit as the original system could not operate efficiently partly due to parts corrosion. The new efficient dehydration device provided by Tialoc has increased the incineration capacity rapidly, upgraded the feeding device to achieve continuous feeding and improved the general system capacity. With those modifications, the plant could operate efficiently and waste gas emission meet the emission standards.
A corrugated paper manufacturer in France with products all made of 100% recycled paper, used Tialoc’s solid waste incineration system to treat its RDF and packaging waste. The Redu-ReOx incineration technology had been applied to this system, which helped achieve the low NOx emission and lower operation costs.
Companies in the food and beverage sector has been embracing sustainability as a core corporate value and making long-term strategic business decisions accordingly. Tialoc’s solutions have been adopted by some of the world’s largest food and beverage companies to address challenges related to waste management such as waste gas, odour and waste water. We continue to innovate and improve our solutions, therefore helping the industry tackle financial and operational risks.
To avoid the potential contamination of soil, groundwater and surface water by chemicals used in the mining processes, the industry is constantly looking for reliable technology solutions. Mine waste includes solid waste, mine water, and air particles, which can harm environment as the composition vary significantly. In addition to preventing soil, water, and air pollution, waste management plans are required in order to select and design appropriate storage facilities for the large volumes of waste produced at mine sites. Tialoc is capable of supporting the industry because of our portfolio of environmental technologies to manage gas, liquid and solid pollutions.
One of the world’s largest rare earth processing companies built a new plant in Malaysia to produce high-purity rare earth compounds. Tialoc provided the client a set of waste gas treatment system to treat the sulfuric acid off-gas released from rotary kilns. The system could minimize acidic aerosols, thereby reducing pollutant emissions to levels far below local standards. At the same time, sulfuric acid was recycled during the treatment process.
The attention of sustainability and clean energy have contributed to the rapid growth of the solar energy industry. Tialoc is well-positioned for the waste treatment whether in microelectronics, semiconductor or solar energy industry. We provide a series of complete environmental solutions, involving polysilicon production, ingot slicing, silicon cell manufacturing and assembly.
One of the world-leading solar panel manufacturers built a world’s most advanced integrated plant in Singapore. Tialoc provided a series of facilities to treat its hydrofluoric acid waste, alkaline and acid waste.
One of the largest industrial hazardous waste treatment operators in Europe who has 30 operating plants in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, etc. Tialoc provided the client with domestic and industrial waste treatment and management services. As its long-term partner, Tialoc has successively constructed 7 hazardous waste incineration lines with a total production capacity of 265,000 tons/year. The facilities have maintained long-term stable operation, and all emission indicators are higher than EU standards.
With numerous references in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan and China, Tialoc has been involved in the microelectronic industry for decades. Over the years, we have worked towards improving our exhaust and water treatment solutions to meet the high standards of this fast-growing industry.
Tialoc provided an integrated waste water treatment system for a world-leading polysilicon provider to treat its trichlorosilane liquid waste and HF waste gas generated during its production. Tialoc is specialized in engineering and construction of large-scale trichlorosilane wastewater treatment systems. Since chlorosilanes react violently with water to generate HCl, H2 and its residues, it is of great importance to treat those hazardous waste properly.
